How to publish to your Free Front Page Web:

Using FrontPage, create your web. (You must create your web on your local machine first.)
After creating your web save it to your local machine.
Open your newly created web and click on FILE then click on PUBLISH FRONTPAGE WEB.
A publish to box will appear.... click on MORE WEBS
Type in your URL * Example: http://planetnatco.com/johndoe
You will be prompted for your username * In this case, "johndoe" you will also be prompted for your password.

TIP: When you first create your web on your local machine, name your start page "index.htm" this allows browsers to find your site simply by typing in your URL *Example: http://planetnatco.com/johndoe instead of http://planetnatco.com/johndoe/default.htm
